    Andy was very welcoming . Room was spotless and spacious with views over the fells. Location was superb 2 min walk to town and a few min walk to lake. Had parking on site. Would highly reccomend and will definatly stay again .

    Overall good, but not value for money.

    Room Pool table Location

    Got there early and had rang and texted twice the owner but had no response. No one around when we arrived to chat to when we got there. Not the owners fault but was very noisy at front during evening. Breakfast opportunity?
