The worst stay I’ve ever had

Someone parked in our bay we parked in another as it was very late and didn’t know what to do we tried calling the emergency number but it was no use as it kept repeating to call the same number back. Woke up to receive angry printed leaflets on my car and all in the hallway. So many lock combinations it’s confusing. The shower was broken and the place was not properly clean. Awful smell as you walk in. Before I arrived I noticed I mistakenly booked one less day. I called them to ask if I could book it and they agreed as they had availability it was the same day. 4 other days after had already been paid for. They gave me 8 minutes to pay for I had already explained I’m in a remote area with no signal and to bill the same card. I wouldn’t have ran away anywhere they had 4 days paid for. I would have promptly made payment on arrival but no they let me know 8 minutes before closing and gave me a massive inconvenience as I had to book somewhere last minute and not much was available. I ended up spending far more because of this. From start to finish an absolute joke

Comfortable, easy to access, fine.
Soulless. Clearly owned by a large faceless corporation. Also needing to send our passport details etc was ridiculous.
