Täydellinen sijainti ja ihana kun oli parveke.
Huono sänky. Muutoin niin täydellinen kohde ansaitsee paremman sängyn.

Die Unterkunft könnte weiterempfohlen werden, wenn der Kundenservice nicht so schlecht wäre!
Es ist an sich ein schönes Appartment in einer guten Lage.
Jedoch war der Kundenservice äußerst schlecht. Bereits während des Aufenthalts war die Unterkunft nur schwer erreichbar. Trotz einer Buchung für vier Personen wurde bei der Ankunft nur Bettwäsche für ein einziges Bett bereitgestellt. Nach dem Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft im Zusammenhang mit unserer Rechnungsanforderung überhaupt nicht mehr erreichbar. Dieses Verhalten ist aus meiner Sicht unprofessionell und nicht akzeptabel.

We loved Helsinki and the location of the apartment.
A tidy and airy apartment in a quiet down-town location.
The broken blind in the bedroom that had been propped up, but without a warning, fell on my wife's head as soon as we arrived. Not a great start and it meant we had no blind or privacy in the bedroom during our stay. Also, the hall light wasn't working and the bedroom had a reading light on only one side of the bed, which made reading in bed difficult without the main light on too. Having to go to an unmanned office to collect the keys using a website, code and lockbox was also a hassle that could easily be avoided by having a lockbox at the apartment. The building's front door has a keypad for entry so the code for that could have been shared with us instead.

Excellent apartment in quiet neighbourhood
Very clean, quiet apartment. Spacious, with all amenities including washing machine and well stocked kitchen, and even some communal food in the cupboards. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet but walking distance from the centre of town.
The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear, though the check-in process of visiting an (unmanned) office a few streets away was slightly unusual.

Sijainti, huoneiston interiööri ja ylipäätään kaupunginosan tunnelma. Rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Kaikki lähellä!
Olohuoneen valaisin vilkkui (sähkövika?), eteisen valaisin ei toiminut lainkaan, suihkutermostaatti osin rikki.
