    Great experience of traditional ryokan on riverfront

    Staff service was exceptional, very attentive and helpful! Front desk staff could communicate in English (very thankful!). Traditional food was a wonderful experience, loved all the small dishes at each meal. Thank you to staff members for all the hard work behind the scenes!

    Rooms were comfy and very clean in general, just don't look too hard in the corners coz u may meet some small members of the local bug community keeping to themselves until they get accidentally flattened by the sliding doors... Amen....

    料理、部屋のロケーションが最高😀最高の記念日になりました。

    Birthday stay

    We had the room with the private spa, which was amazing. Dinner and breakfast were also included. Both were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing experience, thank you.

    Nice stay on way from Nagasaki to Fukuoka. Great food. We enjoyed the shabu shabu in tofu broth.

    the food was great and the property was very interesting with interesting exhibits. the public bath as also large and well maintained.

    Our room was a little dated with no view at all. However this was probably due to the attractive offer we got from a Japanese travel platform.
