    Alles! Booking hatte meine Buchungsbestätigung nicht an die Unterkunft übermittelt, sodass das Appartement anderweitig vermittelt wurde. Da der Check-in Code jedoch erst 2 Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt werden sollte, habe ich mir bis dahin keine Gedanken gemacht. Auf eine Nachfrage von mir zum gegebenen Zeitpunkt folgte seitens der Unterkunft lediglich die Aussage, dass ich keine Reservierung habe. Da wir eine lange Anreise hatten, befanden wir uns dort bereits auf halber Strecke und hatten entsprechend Panik in Peschiera anzukommen und kein Dach über dem Kopf zu haben. Deshalb schrieb ich der Unterkunft mehrere Nachrichten mit der Bitte um dringenden Rückruf unter Angabe der Telefonnummer und erneuter Angabe der Buchungsnummer. Unsere Angst habe ich in den Nachrichten deutlich benannt. Auf diese Anfragen habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.
