Fantastic
The hotel has incredible views and friendly staff. The parking availability was a plus since the hotel is on a hill, we did not have to drag our luggage up the hill.

Ótima localização, mas atenção ao ar-condicionado
O Rosa Hotel & Apartments tem como grandes destaques a localização, dentro da cidade histórica de San Marino, e o café da manhã, com bastante variedade. Para quem viaja de carro, o hotel também oferece estacionamento próprio, embora seja pago e tenha um valor elevado. O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável, com cama agradável, bom chuveiro e Wi-Fi excelente. No geral, é uma boa opção pela localização, mas vale ficar atento à disponibilidade do ar-condicionado, especialmente nos meses de meia-estação.
O principal ponto negativo foi o ar-condicionado: apesar de ser anunciado como uma comodidade do hotel, ele funciona apenas em determinados meses do ano. Como estivemos lá no início de outubro, quando ainda fazia calor, o sistema estava desativado e tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto durante a noite.
