  Final Thoughts: Would I return? No. Did the lack of service affect our vacation? Yes. Would I recommend Casa Rosalia? N

  This summer, my family and I (a group of six) stayed at Casa Rosalia, booked via Booking.com and managed by Turisol. From the start, communication was slow, and it became clear that high-end service is not a priority for this company. Still, we were excited and looked forward to our stay. Upon arrival, the house looked nice inside, and we quickly settled in. However, the pool was a major disappointment. The water was milky, and the bottom was not visible. Despite reporting this to Turisol, there was no follow-up. Having lived in the tropics for over 20 years and owned a pool myself, I chose not to swim. The children did, initially. By Sunday, the water had turned greenish and remained cloudy. Still no response. On Monday, the pool had worsened—milky, green, and bubbling, with a layer of floating green residue at the steps. We decided to go to the beach instead. By 4 PM, still no contact from Turisol, and I was understandably frustrated. After a heated call, a pool technician arrived around 6 PM. He offered conflicting explanations and admitted he hadn’t visited the property prior to our arrival. After this visit, the pool was finally cleaned, and we enjoyed it for the remainder of our stay. Positives: Supermarket nearby Comfortable rooms with adequate closet space Two full bathrooms for a large group Well-equipped kitchen and laundry area Air conditioning worked well We extended our stay by one day and requested a discount due to the poor service during the first three days. Turisol responded more quickly this time and granted a €120 discount, which was appreciated. Upon departure, we left the house spotless—beds stripped, laundry sorted, broken toys set aside. However, two weeks passed without our deposit being returned. Unlike Airbnb, where refunds are prompt, Turisol delayed. After three weeks, I received a WhatsApp message claiming a broken tile and kitchen issues.

  Coffee is a Krups machine - no possibility to brew coffee on the electric stove as it did not heat due to the large stove circles and the lack of weight. Only one set of towels provided; guests must wash them, dry them to re-use Proximity to a highway affects the view and brings noise, lights Trash disposal was misrepresented; we had to drive it elsewhere - it is not at 100 metres. Patio (view from the kitchen) was neglected and dirty with left over trash and a used diaper Broken toys and floaties scattered in the pool area No basic amenities like soap provided No dedicated house manager—no welcome, no tour, no personal touch

  Todo perfecto, tanto la casa por dentro como por fuera, es perfecta para pasar una semana con tus amigos disfrutando.

  Si le pongo algun fallo es la ubicacion, pero casi ni eso, esta a 15 minutos en coche de Javea.

  Amazing!

  The amount of space, the seperate rooms and all the amenities you would expect to have in a home. It was amazing!

  If we can point out one thing that could need work, but for a vacation debatable; WiFi over the entire property, the WiFi in the pool house was barely working (it was bad in the house too). But that is something super minor, and just a personal point.

  Lovely well equipped villa with pool.

  Loved the layout, space and privacy at the Villa which has been renovated to a high standard in the last couple of years. From the covered terrace you had direct access to the kitchen and the pool area. The outside kitchen area had its own toilet and shower room for use when you were swimming. Good size pool which can be lit at night by remote. Great location with Moraira and 4 supermarkets within a 5 min drive. The panoramic view was spectacular especially at night. There is a road next to the property, but you only hear any real traffic noise from kids on mopeds. Pool was cleaned and linen replaced weekly. Any issues were promptly resolved by the agent and the owners.

  The info pack for the Villa did not explain all the electrical gadgets in the house. The lounge area is too small for 10 people, but if the weather is good, this is unlikely to be an issue. Need to drive to drop off rubbish.
