    Perfect location, beautiful property lovingly restored and let’s not forget the delicious breakfast . Julie is the mastermind behind restoration and all catering, advice on local restaurants etc and made our one night stay a great experience. Thank you.

    Well located, clean, friendly hosts.

    Didn’t take breakfast. My room was very noisy due to traffic ( maybe secondary glazing would help). Ideally located for city centre. If returning to the city I would book again providing I could have a room at the rear of the property.
