Nice location and very polite staff.
No any towel hooks or other option to keep a towel. At all! Breakfast is so so., housekeeper was too noisy on the mornings. I've heard a lot of souds because the corner room

Great Location and very nice view
The location was perfect for us. Also my room has a nice lake view with Lotte world.
I wasn’t completely satisfied with the breakfast menu. The bibimbap was a really good idea, but it would have been even better if there had been a wider variety of namul and more options on the kids’ menu

아이와 단둘이 여행왔는데 너무 잘 쉬고 갑니다~ 타지역에서 롯데월드 올 일있거나 아이랑 여행시 편안하게 머물수있는 곳이라 재방문하고 싶더라고요. 조식도 잘먹었습니다~ ^^

Room is big and clean.
room is very spacious and pretty clean. however, the air conditioner's airflow direction won't adjust.
Breakfast is pretty normal, nothing to expected.
