    Location - Yealmpton very non descript Wi-Fi virtually non existent and TV didn’t work. Darkly painted walls. The rooms are not big enough to ‘carry’ dsrk paint. Rooms at the back facing the garden are very dark. Fan in first bedroom was filthy The outside paintwork, especially the front doors could definitely do with a refurbishment - they don’t give a good impression.

    Bar and eating area in main pub building was great, and the food was tasty and plentiful

    The separate accommodation building next door could do with a bit of an update but it was comfortable and quiet
