    Positive: We were looking for an apartment close to the park, and this was a great choice. It’s only about a 5-minute walk from a very large and beautiful park. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures.

    The shower drain is poorly positioned, so the bathroom floor gets wet very easily. Also, the sofa in the living room is not very comfortable.
