    Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

    The cottage was ideally situated with a bus stop outside the door. The kitchen was well equipped with very nice welcome pack.

    Good location and a great property = perfect weekend.

    Well equipped accommodation, thoughtfully decorated and presented. We loved the bee themed details. Garden secluded and secure for dogs. Essentials also provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Great location to access the local area including Southwold.

    Whilst on the main road (we knew that when booking), the traffic wasn’t an issue but it is best to shut the windows in the bedroom at night.

    Good base to explore the coast.

    Good location to get to coast. Good local pubs for meals. Fully equipped.

    Low cellings & mattresses not particularly comfortable.
