Very last minute booking
Great central location. Cosy. Large bedrooms both with bathrooms Very last minute bargain
Sleeps 4 but only 3 can sit comfortably at breakfast bar (no dining table) Taps about to falll off on bathroom Need earplugs as church bells sound every hour through the night Not as clean as expected Can offload 20 metres away from car....but Helps to know Dartmouth well (which we do) as no parking Council have unfortunately cancelled parking permits.

An interesting town but difficult with a car to leave it for walk.
The location was fine as long as you didn't have a car.
The only daytime parking over 4 hours was at the. Park and Ride a 20 min drive away from the centre. Parking close to the flat even for a short time to drop off bags was difficult.

Idea location, no free parking. Basic.
Very central to day and nightlife in Dartmouth. Quiet street. Next to Seven Stars a great little pub. Mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Big bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Easy access .
This is the first property out of many we have rented in Dartmouth that disappointed us. When we booked we had free parking. We were not told this had changed and you can only park for a max of 4 hrs, and have to use out of town park and ride. The 2nd bedroom was 2 singles , so not 2 bedrooms 2 beds as advertised. There is no dining area so we had to eat out. There is no coffee table for playing games, just lots of old suitcases, style decor with no function. The bathroom needs fixing as taps are loose, and the shower leaver is missing. The lights in the lounge area flicker badly. The outside area is overgrown and can’t be used. We found it was generally a bit grubby, sofa, floors etc. £995 for 4 nights was not our best find in Dartmouth.
