    Disappointing

    Upstairs bedroom was clean and tidy

    Dog hair all over the couch and carpet downstairs. Dog poo in the garden. Smell of damp downstairs. Contacted agent and was advised cleaners would attend but they didn't come. I contacted agent on several occasions and eventually gave up. I'm sorry to say I couldn't recommend the cottage until the cleanliness and maintenance issues are resolved. Edited after Laura's response - it is a complete fabrication that the cleaners attended. We hoovered the carpet during the week. Nothing was sorted during our stay, the dog poo was still there on Saturday morning. My review was honest and truthful.

    Nothing about the property

    Pictures shown on bookings.com were not what you see. Frayed carpet, old furniture with paint all over them, bathroom plughole full of scum. The tablecloth is frayed worn and old. Curtains falling down and the patio in the photo looks lovely but in real life mismatched plastic chairs that had not been cleaned in many months overgrown vegetation like a building site.

    Great property excellent location

    Location brilliant stones throw away from the town and short walk to the football stadium. Very clean with everything you need for a great stay . Communication with house keeper was second to none any questions we had where answered . Many thanks keep up the good work.

    If I have to put one .The double mattress was not to our comfort but that's obviously down to our preferences.
