    Worst experience of my life

    This is the worst and I need to be compensated and you need to remove this place from booking.com. I confirmed my booking the day of my trip. Arriving in st lucia no one is at the house. No one is answering the phone

    Up to now I have returned and no one has called to apologize. I want to be compensated. I am letting everyone know this is not an airbnb
