Truly amazing property, the most wonderful host and perfect location

This property was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Perfect for couples, families and friends. To start with you are greeted by the friendliest and most helpful host I have witnessed both on booking.com and air bnb. You are given the option to have a tour of the property which really brings the place to life and feel like you’re on your very own Titanic Adventure. We were also given the most detailed recommendations and instructions for everything you could possibly want to know about Belfast. The location is perfect also, a 10 minute walk to the City Airport and a 10 minute walk to train facilities which take you anywhere you need to go, we opted for Ubers mainly which were priced around £10 to get into the city. The house was absolutely spotless and filled with all the amenities you could want for a lovely chilled weekend in Belfast. Our favourite area was the outside terrace which felt like your very own private beer garden with lots of seating and even an electric BBQ. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept perfectly. We’d like to personally thank David for providing the most amazing space for a lovely weekend away. A must stay !!!

I first spotted Rose Titanic on Booking.com back last year and it caught my eye as the house was totally unique to anything that I've seen before. I like something different to the norm and have an interest in Titanic history, and this fitted the bill perfectly. We visited for the annual Stiff Little Fingers gig at Custom House Square, plus also visiting friends in South Belfast and the location was very convenient from the city of Belfast, Custom House Square, George Best Airport and also our friends house, approximately 3 miles away. Our host David was very responsive from the time I booked, until the day of departure and was very happy to answer any questions I had. David also met us on site for a full guided tour (optional, as you may want to just settle in after a long flight), which is unusual in the day and age where you mostly collect keys from a keybox outside, which is less personal. I feel that I was very lucky to have booked this property as I would imagine it would be in great demand, what I liked was the fact that the house had three bedrooms, each decorated differently with various scenes including the master bedroom painted in the style of the "Irish Party in Third Class" from the James Cameron epic of 1997. We wish we had longer in the house and would've perhaps taken advantage of the facilities a little more, there is a fantastic deck out the back with hot tub (extra cost) and also the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans in case you wanted to save money by cooking in the house. The house was also very clean and tidy and I would definitely be looking to stay for future visits to Belfast if the property is available at the time of booking.

Absolutely nothing - it was the perfect stay! You may hear planes overhead, as it is so close to George Best Airport, however this didn't bother us in the slightest (we quite liked watching them in all fairness), otherwise it's a very quiet side street.

Not worth the money, considering the overall cleanliness, maintenance and location.

The quirkiness of the decor, the kitchen was kitted out well, location good only for the titanic museum.

A quirky idea, but sadly not worth the money. We booked Rose Titanic Belfast for three nights at a cost of around £600. The main reason we chose it was the quirky Titanic theme throughout the property, with paintings and decorations depicting Belfast and the Titanic in 1912. It looked really interesting and different from a normal hotel or accommodation, and that was what sold it to us. The property is around a 55-minute walk from Belfast city centre. That's partly our own fault, as we should have researched the location more carefully before booking, but it is worth mentioning for anyone considering staying here. On arrival, the owner meets you and gives you a tour of the property. While we appreciate the intention, the tour was unannounced and, after travelling for around nine hours, arriving at 11:30am, we really just wanted to get settled and relax. Our biggest concern was cleanliness. The breakfast bar was sticky and grubby, the kitchen was not particularly clean and the floors throughout the property were dirty. The outside covered area is also in serious need of repair, with the roof leaking badly enough to make sitting outside and relaxing there very difficult. There is a hot tub available for an additional £60 if you want to use it. We didn't, but unfortunately there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from it, which was noticeable even without using it. The shower was another issue. The temperature was extremely difficult to control and the water pressure was very low. There are also no carpets throughout the property, meaning that every footstep could be heard, this may not bother everyone but certainly effected our ability to relax. In summary the Titanic theme is genuinely quirky but if you look beyond this the cleanliness, state of repair, shower, outside area and location let the property down considerably. If this had been a conventional hotel we would have asked for another room.

    Titanic fantasy

Fantastic stay. We really enjoyed it and David was very informative 👍

The only small niggle was patchy WiFi but there was that much to do and see it wasn't a problem
