Great location, comfort and breakfast
Very friendly staff, cozy room with unique decoration, clean. Delicious breakfast! We could take the public bus or the Sintra 434 shuttle to go to the Palace near the house!
The house was noisy because the walls and doors are thin and let noise pass through. You could hear people talking outside the room.

Underwhelming but not terrible.
The location was quiet. The room I was moved to was a vast improvement from the first.
The room I was initially put in had mould, a really musty smell and sticky floors. Due to the age of the building and the dining hall being underneath the room, and the main stairs along side the room, there was constant noise and vibration from people walking around which made it very hard to relax. However when I complained to the manager, I was moved to a much better room. Still a little noise, but not so bad.
