    A terrible hotel experience

    When we checked in, some rooms in the hotel were being renovated, but they didn't inform us about this situation before we checked in. And when we checked in, the hotel told us that from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every morning was the renovation time. In fact, those workers came at 7:30 every morning and began to knock, which most seriously affected our rest. After we reported the situation to the hotel, they changed to a new hotel and arranged a new room with us, saying that it was of higher quality and higher quality, but after actually checking in, we thought it was lower than the grade standard of the room we originally stayed in. We asked the hotel to give us some discounts, but they didn't agree. We think they have some It's not reasonable and not suitable for this practice.

    Therefore, we don't like this hotel.
