    Ár- érték arányban, rossz volt!

    Közel volt mindenhez

    Automatice felszámolták a parkolási díjat, szóltam hogy nincs villany az előszobában és konyhában , nem is foglalkozott vele a tulaj. 3x kérte el az adatainkat.....A szauna kártyát 1000ft ért adják de ezek után nem is láttam értelmét elkérni. Beengedett egy tulajdonos a sajátjával. Ennyi elég is volt a borús időben úszás után. Esős időben Az ágy borzalmas volt, abszolút nem volt kényelmes felnőtt embernek. A kanapén aludtunk ami kemény volt de jobban elfogadható mint a 2 matracból összetolt dupla ágy, ami elcsúszik egymástól. Sakkozni kellett hogy jutunk be. Nem ért ennyit ez a szállás🤨

    Great location, but disappointing service and poor communication.

    Location

    We booked two adjacent studios, specifically to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, since we were two couples. When we arrived, we were given the key to a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and one bathroom. This was not what we booked. When we called to clarify, the contact person said they assumed we were one family and claimed the air conditioning in the second studio was too noisy. We insisted on receiving exactly what we had reserved. Eventually, they said we could take one of the original studios plus the unit they initially wanted both couples to share — but on different floors. Then, without further discussion, they abruptly hung up the phone. We don’t think it’s acceptable to be given something different from what was booked, with fewer amenities or a different layout, and be told “if you don’t like it, we’ll refund you.” What were we supposed to do with a refund when we were already there, on a weekend, with little chance of finding other accommodation? Also, they should have informed us before arrival, especially since we had already discussed other details via the Booking chat. The location is excellent, but despite that, I do not recommend this property and will not return.
