Recepcion indiferente y pesimos tratos

Great hotel but reception staff lack knowledge
Plenty of parking albeit you have to pay for parking its worth it. Secure car park with 24/7 security
When checking in we was given a sheet of paper with hotel details and times for the free shuttle buses. However next day learnt that these times were out of date and therefore had missed our bus to Universal. This information was not given to us at check in by the lady at reception. When I asked about the times for the shuttle she said they are on the paper
