    Spacious and well appointed villa. Very private, no surrounding properties. Pool a big plus. Reasonably close to Fiskardo (approx 15 minutes drive), a car is necessary. Mini market close by.

    In order to lock up the door when leaving it is necessary to remove the fob that cuts electricity. While in general the measure is totally reasonable to avoid unnecessary use of electricity (es. air conditioning) it is quite annoying that it stops also the washing machine and the dishwasher. I would suggest the owner to exclude these 2 appliances.

    Great fully equipped villa with air con and sea view. Comfortable. Cleaner came mid way through stay which was an unexpected bonus. Peaceful. One major issue and owner was quick to locate plumber and fix even on a Sunday.

    Hard to find the villa - owner’s map took you to road above with no access and booking.com link was totally wrong. No bbq.
