The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing location and stunning views. The staff are generally very friendly and always seem willing to help. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations when it came to following through on our requests. We asked for the pool to be heated, and although we were told it would be taken care of, it never happened. We also requested assistance with loud noise coming from a neighboring room, as well as some basic items like cups, but these requests were not properly addressed. The noise was particularly disappointing, as it continued late into the night and started again early in the morning, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. If you are looking for a hotel primarily for its spa and wellness facilities, I would not recommend this as your first choice. However, if you are looking for a great location for exploring the area, combined with beautiful views, the hotel has a lot to offer. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great potential, but inconsistent service and noise issues took away from what could have been a much better experience.
