It was secluded and private, so much so we couldn't find it at first The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in

That the hosts asked us to respect their wishes, but at the same time I felt that we were disrespected as paying guests. It was not until after booking and paying with no cancellation allowed that further rules were disclosed. The stipulation that the cooking or consumption of red meat or mammals is not allowed should have been known before booking. The air conditioning, to provide warmth in the middle of winter, seemed to be faulty and only worked occasionally. The photos on Booking.com are not representative of the tiny house and surrounds as they are now. Although I liked the seclusion things felt like they were not maintained or cared about with broken furniture including the egg chair (pictured in the advertisement) just laying on the ground. The bbq was missing, even though listed in the ammentities & shown in the photographs. An inconvenience as I was hoping to cook some meals there. The most disappointing part, and what then overshadowed our stay, was that when the toilet cassette was full, meaning we weren't to use it, and I was unable to contact either host, and that the person they had to look after the Tiny Home (although lovely) was unable to assist. It was eventually sorted after 18 or so hours. This meant that in the meantime we had to urinate outdoors in the rain, or drive along the windey roads for 5 to 10 minutes to reach the not very nice public toilet in Federal. We were ready to leave but decided to stay due to the expense and unavailability of any other accommodation.

Comfortable little cabin with peaceful surrounds. Its location is private and secluded and is generally outfitted with everything you need for a weekend away. Great views from the deck on the front and a nice sunrise view from the window next to the bed. The cabin itself was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a nice feature.

The area surrounding the cabin was quite overgrown and unkempt, especially compared to the photos online. I could understand some foliage growth for privacy but it was not maintained to the point where the entrance to the cabin was narrow and the overgrown trees scraped across the roof in the wind. There fire pit area was also very overgrown and limited the space around it. There was also no hot water for the majority of the stay due to the gas bottles being completely empty. We discovered this after nightfall on the first night and contacted the hosts the next morning. This could not be rectified until after 9pm that night. I will note that the hosts were very apologetic and polite in their communications. There was soap, shampoo and conditional supplied in the shower however they were mostly empty and hadn't been changed for a while based on the consistency of the soap. The property description also mentions WiFi accessible in all areas. This is not the case and is only accessible at a building near the roadside 50-100m away from the cabin. This was only disclosed in the messages after making the booking and paying (non refundable). There is also no red meat allowed to be cooked or consumed at the property. This was also only disclosed in the messages after making the booking and paying and would have been good to know about in advance.

The owners were so lovely, I loved how it was in the middle of the trees and just felt free

Just when it was raining there was no tv. I get why there is no tv but in a situation where you can't leave it would have been nice
