    Very excellent stay!

    Tito met us at the vaparetto station and walked us to the apartment. He was super nice and helped me with my suitcase and shared a lot of useful and interesting information. He was very pleasant. When we arrived at the apartment he showed us around and explained how things worked, etc. I had a few questions and texted him and he was very responsive. My only "feedback" to him was to get better pillows and an extra blanket. The place was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to the vaparetto stop and a safe and nice neighborhood.

    Nothing really, I just didn't like the pillows and that is personal.

    Struttura a due passi da Piazza San Marco e da Rialto, ideale per chi ha voglia di faresi un giretto a Venezia (sempre fantastica) e contemporaneamente abbia voglia di vedere i film del Festival senza dover raggiungere necessariamente il Lido: la Multisala Rossini è a soli 10 metri esatti dalla struttura, il che permette di godersi le proiezioni del festival in differita di un solo giorno rispetto alle proiezioni ufficiali, ed in modo più comodo! La zona è eccezionale: c'è un supermercato proprio a fianco e moltissimi ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze, inclusi diversi locali non turistici. La casa è inoltre è dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

    Clean apartment with a great host.

    The apartment is at a great location. It’s easy to get to by water taxi, and you can walk to many attractions within 15 minutes. The host, Tito, communicated well with us before the trip. We missed our connecting flight and ended up arriving at midnight. Tito immediately provided us with airport transportation options once we messaged him of the change of flight. He waited till midnight to check us in. One cannot ask for more for a clean apartment with a great host.
