    Weekend a Terni

    Appartamento Molto pulito ed Accogliente, moderno e dotato di tutto il necessario. Proprietari cordiali e molto gentili.

    Non era chiaramente specificata la presenza di altri ospiti, r e al netto dell’appartamento come detto molto bello, la zona non era delle migliori e il palazzo era un po’ fatiscente. La cosa che più ci è dispiaciuta è che, nonostante avessimo prenotato la stanza con il bagno privato, solo una volta arrivati ci è stato chiesto di fare cambio con la stanza con bagno privato esterno in quanto,una coppia, già all’interno dell’appartamento, aveva richiesto il cambio con la nostra stanza. Sicuramente questa situazione si poteva gestire meglio o comunque con maggiore tempestività dal momento che, nel caso, avremmo probabilmente valutato soluzioni differenti.
