Amazing helpful owners made the stay so enjoyable and easy
Close to the mountain bike trails, & disc golf course yet still only 5 mins from town. Comfy beds and warm house.

Hot spring right outside the door immediately immerses you into the Rotorua atmosphere.
The house and the surrounding area smell strongly like sulphur because of the nearby hot spring. You get used to it quickly, but be prepared for it the first time.
