    満足。また泊まりたい。

    大浴場付きだったこと。 駐車場が無料だったこと。 入浴後フロントの前を通ったら、「お休みなさいませ」とフロントの女性がにこやかに声をかけてくれたこと。

    チェックインするときに対応してくれたフロントの男性がタバコ臭かった。

    温泉がとても良かったです！！

    お風呂用と別に洗面用のタオルが欲しかったですがきっと盗難防止のためかなと感じました。

    2度と来ない。

    無い。以前にもあったがBomkingComに登録されている私の名前が間違ってませんか？このホテルにチェックインする際、またその前にも名前の確認をされた。そもそも、新潟も秋田もホテルの格付け点数がまるで間違っている。もう信じない。

    良い点がまるでないのは当たり前で十月から全面改修するとこのこと。何故この様なホテルをリマークつけなかったのか。

    まあまあかな

    日帰り温泉が併設され宿泊客も無料入浴できて大変良かった。

    A棟に宿泊したのですが、エレベーターが１台しかなく、到着時間が多くかかった。
