  A wonderful stay in the heart of Rovinj!

  The host was very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't meet in person, she sent me all the necessary information via WhatsApp before arrival and was always available and responsive throughout my stay. The location is excellent, especially if you want to explore the Old Town. I would say it is right in the heart of Rovinj! The waterfront, bus station, local market, and St. Euphemia's Church, with its beautiful views, are all within walking distance. One thing to keep in mind - getting to the apartment with big luggage can be a little challenging due to the cobblestone streets in the Old Town. Regular taxis cannot reach the apartment directly, so it is worth considering a special luggage transfer service, which can transport your bags closer to the property. There is also Balota Beach nearby, which is beautiful but quite steep, with steps down to the water, so it may not be the most practical option for children or elderly people. The nearest beach we visited that was more suitable for a beach day was approximately 3 km away, near Cuvi. The apartment was clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including very nice сrockery.

  There are a few things worth knowing before booking. The apartment is located on the second floor, but the stairs are very steep and have high steps. This is something to keep in mind, especially if you are travelling with heavy luggage. Storage space: There was no proper wardrobe for clothes, just a small, shallow alcove with a shelf, which wasn't very practical for hanging clothes. The cupboard under the TV was also occupied by spare bed linen and blankets, leaving little space for personal belongings. Cold floors: The apartment has tiled floors, which can feel quite cold, so bringing your own slippers is a good idea. Disposable slippers are often provided in accommodation, but unfortunately, we couldn't find any here. These are minor practical inconveniences to keep in mind, especially if you are staying for a week or more.

  Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rovinj

  Perfect location in the middle of the Old Town. As a solo traveller it was the perfect space for me to be for my four nights in Rovinj.

  You can hear people moving above the apartment and the stairs and route up to it may need some navigating if you have any issues with walking.

  Bang for your buck

  - Well organized apartment - comfy beds - has all the basic amenities - solid location in the middle of the old town - very friendly and understanding host

  - the basement has an issue with mold - the cleaner could have done a better job before we arrived
