    disappointing stay

worse experience re accommodation booked via booking.com. we are experienced travellers. For the price, one would expect more.

    1. Fungi in bathroom ceiling 2. NO water in the morning- contacted the manager and he offered switching to an available resort room to shower- this is in the morning we were checking out 3. NO microwave 4. TV was not working at all- reported to manager who insisted on 'solving' the water issue only whilst other issues are secondary (ie to be dealt with later) 5.table at the patio was filthy- filled with cigarette butt/ ashes 6. The swimming pool- people were eating, visible food debri in the water! 7. Sofa bed- no extra linen and towel provided for third person - the bed is not comfortable at all 8. NO wifi
