    Cleanliness of the bedding.

The building was dreary and shabby..

Friendly people, clean room, nice towels and very handy to have a few nibbles and drinks for the morning. It was a fabulous location, directly on the seafront and central to town. We had a lovely view directly to the sea and it was lush hearing the waves crash through the night.

The hotel is very basic and the building feels like it needs a lot of work. It was also a shame the pub itself closed at 7pm.

I was welcomed with pristine paperwork, super helpful staff and organisation. For the money, I had an exceptionally clean spacious room. And a hidden extra of breakfast in the room, a fridge with breakfast goodies. Fantastic location and a sea view. I will visit again. Thank you
