    Brukbar verdi for pengene. Den sentrale beliggenheten det største aktivumet.

    Sentral beliggenhet, godt utstyrt leilighet.

    Ett av de fire soverommene hadde bare plass til en seng. En person måtte derfor ligge på feltseng i stua. Kun to av soverommene hadde AC og på de to andre ble det svært varmt om natta. Det var ikke heis i huset og to i selskapet vårt hadde problemer med å gå trapper opp til leiligheten i fjerde etasje.
