Die Lage ist super, Restaurants Coiffeur und Läden nebenan. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Leider hat es beim TV, beim Mikrowellenofen, waschmaschine keine Gebrsuchsanweisung. Die Küche ist minim ausgestattet, es fehlt an einigem. Es hatte noch Vorräte an Salz Cafe und Zucker was hilfreich war. In den Schlafzimmern fehlte es an Nachtischlampen! Eine Empfehlung an den Vermieter welche anzuschaffen wäre super! Es hatte genügend Bettwäsche. Der Balkon ist nicht auf der Meeresseite. Nur morgens etwas sonnig. Beim Haupteingang hat es viele Treppen was f ältere Leute nicht gerade toll ist, jedoch gibt es ein Hintereingang wo man problemlos mit Koffer einchecken kann. Leider wurden wir darüber nicht informiert. Informationen gibt es zu wenig. Parkplätze sind unten an der Strasse meistens verfügbar wir hatten 10 Tage keine Probleme. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert wir würden sie wieder mieten!

Локация идеальная, рядом выход на пляж и красивую набережную, при этом в стороне от шума площади Независимости. На уровне улицы уютное кафе «Ницца», аптека и два продуктовых магазина, один из которых французский, с багетами и круассанами. Вид с балкона не на море, но это и хорошо оказалось в нашем случае, потому что были очень сильные ветра и было бы некомфортно, а с нашей стороны было тихо. Дом солидный, соседи спокойные, две бетонные лестницы, ведущие в укрытие. Квартира светлая, планировка удобная, много шкафов, большой холодильник.
В принципе всё понравилось, единственное, можно было бы добавить пылесос и микроволновку. Когда приезжаешь на неделю, хочется периодически собрать пыль и песок с пляжа, а там только щетка и совок. И микроволновка бы очень не помешала, когда надо по-быстрому подогреть перекус.
