Parfait
Appartement fabuleux et très spacieux. Un nombre énorme de couchages, tout équipé et avec un emplacement fantastique. N'hésitez pas car vous ne serez pas déçu du voyage.

The tv is big and the place is calm during the night. Close if you want to take a metro
Second floor, no elevator. No AC so it gets too hot during the night specially at the bed where there is not even a fan. There is no closet to hang the clothes and they get wrinkled. If you like to walk to the old town it takes around 25 -30 mins by feet

Aushaltbar aber würden nicht wieder Buchen
Die Lage ist super. Allerdings war eine Baustelle vor der Türe und wir wurden regelmäßig dadurch geweckt. Außerdem sind zwei bars in der selben Straße die auch super laut sind
Durch den Hochbau des Bettes ist quasi keine Luft vorhanden obwohl das Fenster dauerhaft offen war. Die dusche hat kein wasserdruck. Das Wasser riecht nach Abwasser. Das sofa hat viele undefinierbare flecken gehabt und roch nach katzenpipi.

Localização ótima, com transporte público fácil (metrô e bonde nas proximidades) e possibilidade de ir a pé até a Cidade Velha. O bairro tem muitas opções de alimentação, um ótimo supermercado no mesmo quarteirão e dois parques bem cuidados próximos ao apartamento. A cozinha é particularmente bem equipada e a decoração muito bonita. O banheiro funciona perfeitamente e estava tudo muito limpo. Super recomendo, ficaria outra vez nesse apartamento.
Cabe atentar que o prédio não tem elevador (apartamento no 4⁰ andar) e a cama sobre o jirau pode ser um problema para pessoas com dificuldade.
