Magnificent
We really enjoyed our stay and, overall, loved everything! The room was very pleasant, featuring an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. A special shout-out goes to our housekeeper, who was simply lovely; he would surprise us daily with figures made from cushions and towels whenever we left a coin. It was a very sweet gesture that made our experience even more special. We had a spectacular view of the beach, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. The gardens are beautifully maintained, as are all the outdoor facilities. Beach access is excellent, and the sun loungers are very good. The only downside was that some people would reserve loungers around 6:30 AM and often wouldn't show up for hours. Perhaps this is something the hotel could try to manage. We also really appreciated the care and respect shown toward the coral reef. The lifeguards were always vigilant, blowing their whistles whenever someone approached the boundary—demonstrating a vital commitment to preserving such spectacular natural beauty. It was great to see that level of care. Regarding the beach bar, we thought it would be nice if they extended the hours for ice cream and popcorn, which are included in the all-inclusive package. The only aspect we found less appealing was the entrance and dining area; it appears to be the oldest part of the hotel and, in our opinion, is due for a minor renovation. The area is quite dark, and we believe that updating the décor, lighting, and food presentation could make a huge difference. Perhaps adding an Egyptian touch would make the space even more special and connected to the local culture. That said, we want to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff, who were always attentive and accommodating toward us. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day!
Overall, the experience exceeded all our expectations, and we would certainly return! However, there are a few aspects that could be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. The dining area felt a bit dark and could benefit from a more polished presentation. Instead of simply having food containers lined up on the counters, incorporating décor with traditional Egyptian elements would make the space more welcoming and give it more character. At breakfast, we would have liked more variety—specifically plant-based milk alternatives, yogurts, and a wider selection of fruit. It would also be nice to have a more diverse range of jams and spreads with natural flavors, rather than options that taste so artificial, like the strawberry jam. Regarding drinks, the cocktails didn't quite appeal to us, mainly due to the use of very artificial-tasting juices. On the other hand, the beer was excellent! As for the food, we felt that some items—such as the bread—lacked salt and that, generally speaking, the dishes could have used a bit more seasoning and flavor intensity. That said, we understand the need to strike a balance and keep flavors relatively neutral to cater to guests of various nationalities. These are minor details that, in our opinion, could further elevate the quality of the dining experience. Even so, these points do not detract from the overall experience, which surpassed all our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back!

Amazing hotel
nice hotel, really good location with own reef, calm sea and light wind, that helps in warm weather. Rooms are clean and in really good condition. Everything is only max 5minutes to go. Kind and friendly staff(I must mean 5 of them cause they were really nice to us-guys from molo (lifeguards), Khalid and Besho from the pool bar and Ahmed , who was cleaning our room(8260). All the week we were satisfied with everything here, yes, there is not plenty of food in restaurant, but we didn't have a problem to find something delicious, for us it was really enough. Most of the tourists here were from the Czech republic, Poland, Italy and locals.
