    Good location. Nice staff.

Not the best value for money but maybe that's just how expensive Banff is!?

Ok but nothing to shout about, would choose somewhere else next time to stay

Location was great and free bus service

The price per night was exceptionally high The restaurant was not good at all, we were wanting breakfast à la carte but told it wasn’t served until after 9 am and we had to leave for our flight. A couple of other guests aid the buffet was very average The price for the buffet seemed very expensive The waiter in the bar making cocktails didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all either

    We surely recommended the hotel.

The location and all the services provided (food, cleaning, etc.).

Nothing to complain. Everything was good.
