    Location Cleaning ladies were the best 🫶

    Hamam was off and when I told ladies it’s off they told me it’s on 🤣 Probably around 24 degrees is a good hamam temperature, they know better Breakfast barely existing but great view Coffee in the coffee place downstairs is very bad Dirty carpets

    Bedbugs

    ​Overall, we left disappointed. The hotel facilities and the staff's attitude were genuinely good and up to standard, but unfortunately, there were bedbugs. Out of our group of four across two rooms, two people (one in each room) suffered severe rashes from bites. The management urgently needs to take pest control measures. Additionally, the street outside is very busy with heavy traffic, and it stays noisy almost all night if you prefer sleeping with an open window. On a positive note, the hotel is located right next to a very nice, large park that is great for walks. ​Türkçe ​Genel olarak hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Otelin olanakları ve personelin yaklaşımı gayet iyi ve seviyeliydi; ancak ne yazık ki otelde tahtakurusu vardı. Dört kişilik grubumuzla iki ayrı oda kullandık ve her iki odadan da birer kişi (toplamda iki kişi) ciddi döküntülere yol açan ısırıklara maruz kaldı. Otel yönetiminin bu konuda acilen önlem alması gerekiyor. Ayrıca otelin bulunduğu cadde yoğun bir trafiğe sahip ve pencereyi açmak isterseniz neredeyse bütün gece gürültü oluyor. Tek olumlu yanı, otelin yürüyüş yapmak için çok keyifli, büyük ve güzel bir parkın hemen yanında bulunmasıydı.
