    Very disappointing stay – hot water apparently considered a luxury. Do not book unless cold showers and DIY laundry are

    The location and view were lovely, but unfortunately not enough to compensate what went wrong.

    Upon arrival we were told that we can only use one shower at a time because of the boiler not being strong enough... In reality, the boiler was broken and hot water lasted about 90 seconds even during one shower. We later found old reviews mentioning the same issue, suggesting the host already knew. After hours dealing with the host and Booking.com, the boiler was removed, but the replacement wasn’t installed until the day after. The problem was only resolved the day before we left. To add to the experience, the towels smelled of damp. The host’s solution? Spray perfume on them. We ended up washing them ourselves. At this point, we had essentially come to Málaga and accidentally signed up as plumbers and laundry staff.
