This apartment is a hidden gem! The stand out for us was the terrace with private pool and sunbeds.
Just wow! The hosts were very helpful and the apartment was clean. We were given fresh towels for the sunbeds daily and mini shower gels which was a lovely touch considering it is an apartment and not a hotel! It had everything you needed to make breakfasts and lunch. The terrace was brilliant - great views and the perfect spot for sunbathing all day! I would go as far as saying it is the best apartment in Dubrovnik for the price.
Can't be helped but we did find the walk into the Old Town difficult in the heat - lots of stairs etc! So if you have mobility issues then this might not be the apartment for you.

Perfect retreat - spotlessly clean, great amenities and all you could want nearby. Really simple to get to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Pool and terrace are really private and have stunning views. Aircon was great, bathroom lovely with a great shower and plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a short stay.

This apartment is perfectly positioned so close to the old city but you feel like you are in a quiet peaceful location.. bakery and supermarket very close by. Exceptionally clean and comfortable..

Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Dubrovnik!
My husband and I stayed at Royal Fort for two nights during our anniversary trip to Croatia in July 2025, but wish we had booked it for longer!! This property is everything it shows in the pictures and more. The views from the pool are absolutely stunning, particularly at night. Knowing it was our 10 year anniversary, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and gold balloons in the shape of the number 10. It was super thoughtful and greatly appreciated. In addition, the fridge was stocked with a couple of beers, milk, yogurt and a couple of other snacks! The coffee was plentiful and the whole apartment was very clean. Ivana was very welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed. We requested a late checkout due to our flight leaving later and she responded quickly and easily that it wouldn’t be a problem. My husband and I are still talking about this place and showing our (very jealous) friends the photos. Can’t wait to return in the future!!
No elevator, but we knew that coming in, so not a huge deal. Plus, Ivana was kind enough to help us with our bags.
