5 csillagosnak hirdette magát, de 2025.08.19.-én reggelihez nem volt gyümölcslé, csak víz. A szobában nem volt kávé bekészítve. Hármunknak 2 ágyas szobát adtak pótággyal. Inkább 3 csillagosnak mondanám

Would not rate this hotel as 5 star. No good if you like to lay around the pool, not enough sunbeds.
The location , the beach and the sea were all very good.
Having booked a year in advance and paid for sea view rooms which were confirmed we also requested rooms near to one another. We were told by the general manager on arrival that we had only part sea view , were overlooking a building site and there were no other rooms available which left us no option. The manager asked if we had received the cancellation e mail and I told him this was just a reminder that we still had time to cancel for free, there was no mention of our rooms being changed. His attitude was totally unacceptable. The building site began construction at 7am daily which was quite noisy .There were only about 30 sunbeds around the pool which were almost impossible to get. The beach bar did not accept payment and was only for the use of all inclusive guests so could not serve us. The breakfast was ok but there was a lack of clean cups and no service so you had to queue for tea and coffee etc at the bar. The self service coffee machine was not operational for the whole of our stay and on at least one occasion there were no breakfast tea bags. There were plenty of staff but they lacked guidance. The property was advertised as a hotel and spa but there did not appear to be any spa.
