    Un cadre exceptionnel mais des prestations décevantes.

    L’hôtel est magnifique.les jardins, les bâtiments, la décoration sont vraiment incroyables. L’emplacement, proche du métro est aussi très pratique pour découvrir la ville.

    Le service n’est pas au niveau du standing de l’hôte. La communication est difficile, le personnel, même à la réception, ne parle pas anglais.

    Traumhaftes, wohl einmaliges Hotel in Flughafennähe

    Wunderschöne, weitläufige Hotelanlage in Flughafennähe, mit viel Grün zwischen den Gebäuden. Tolles Ambiente, tolle Architektur, wie in den Palästen im alten China. Die Metro ist fast gegenüber, und man ist in einer halben Stunde mitten in Shanghai. Kostenloser Airport-Shuttle, kostenloses Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine enorme Auswahl. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad war sehr luxuriös ausgestattet, mit viel Platz.

    Das Zimmer sollte eigentlich eine Veranda haben, aber es gab nur ein normales Fenster. Nach draußen konnten wir nicht gehen. Wir haben uns auf das Schwimmbad gefreut, aber ohne Badekappe durften wir leider nicht rein ☹ Und dass wir eine Anzahlung als Sicherheit leisten sollten, hätte man vielleicht vorher kommunizieren können. Das hat uns unangenehm überrascht.
