    Śniadanie normalne, jak na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel trochę za mały wybór produktów.

    Nie podobał mi się nie uśmiechający się personel w recepcji hotelu.I od jednej i drugiej Pani ,,wiało'' chłodem.Zero uśmiechu.Dobrze by było trochę się uśmiechać .To jest bardzo ważne.

    The hotel’s location was perfect, especially because of its proximity to Warsaw Modern. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The reception staff were absolutely fabulous — friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help Overall, the location, comfortable bed, lovely dinner, and outstanding reception staff were definite highlights

    Unfortunately, the room itself looked tired and was definitely in need of some proper updates. The shower wasn’t working properly, the toilet flush was faulty, and the soap holders were falling apart. These are basic facilities that really need attention. The breakfast was a major disappointment and, honestly, a disaster. The selection was very poor and not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Even basic facilities, such as a kettle to boil water for tea, seemed to be lacking. The breakfast experience needs significant improvement.
