    Worse experience ever, poor service and not a luxury 5star

    Firstly, from the front desk checkin staff , they are absolutely rude, unwelcoming, they make me feel unwanted. This is meant to be a luxury 5 star hotel, absolutely far from it. I will not return nor recommend this hotel. The bellboy staff was another, he practically told me to take my luggage to my room myself..  which I gladly did, save me tipping him. The room smells with sewerage or damp, I had to request a change that also smells so settle for spraying  room fresher and as that wears off I used my perfume.. staying here really ruined 😒 my overall visit to Maui.

    Great location friendly staff makes for a great stay.

    We bought our breakfast somewhere elsewhere but the food for lunch and dinner was great. . The waiter was very friendly. The beach was just steps away.

    The rooms needed freshening . Sink was cracked and discolored . There was a moldy smell in the room so much so that it transferred to a paperback my wife was reading .

    One of the best places to stay in one of golden’s side of Maui

    We booked the bungalow and that sense of privacy was incredible! Staying in a cabin but still be in a resort and be able to enjoy everything that they have available is definitely the mix we were looking for!

    Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned during our stay every time the cleaners came up. They would replace everything but didn’t clean the floor that occasionally had rocks from the beach or the shower. Nothing major but also not something you don’t expect them to clean
