Location was excellent.
The pictures of the apartment are deceiving, it's in a rough shape, needs a lot of work, and the bed was the worst part, had a big hole in it. If you put a little work into your property it could be a much better option than anything in the area, and it could be much more profitable for you as well.

Poor treatment which we just dont understand!
The location
The flat was dangerous, the kettle didnt stop boiling without unplugging it, the plug in kitchen was not secured to the wall, the bottom stair carpet kept coming off and all of us slipped on it, the curtains didnt close,the shower door nearly came off, mould in bottom drawer of bathroom cabinet. Finally the electricity was not working on our final morning, so no shower, no food. We left a set if keys behind, because we had no electric and had to rush to get food. We offered to pay to get them posted back, which has been refused. They have also refused to do this for booking.com We didnt want to write a bad review but we have been treared very badly. We wish the owner all the best but we would never stay there again and it needs a health and safety audit.
