Good location close to everything . Nice decor.

For the older person the steps to the second floor were very difficult especially with luggage

The location on the royal mile, space to spread out and kitchen amenities were great.

Great location and the hosts were so helpful whenever I asked anything. Had a homey feeling with lovely touches. Everything was clean and comfortable.

It is up 2 flights of stairs which may be a drawback for some.
