    Property is in a great location . It’s has a lot of character , the staff are very friendly and helpful , food is very good . I would recommend it to anyone

    Ok - but hotel needs to address issues detailed.

    The property was centrally located and the room was good. Breakfast was good, staff good

    Evening meal was ok but nothing special. Unfortunately we suffered from residents using the hotel bar who were smokers and standing under cover of the main entrance and smoke coming directly into our room as we were immediately above the main entrance. This was experienced across both nights we stayed, but worse on second night. In addition on our last night the people congregating and smoking outside made continuous noise in loud voices and eventually I had ask the hotel staff to intervene at approx 1.10am as we were unable to sleep. This last evening was wholly unacceptable and should have been dealt with by the hotel staff without my having to request it to be stopped.
