    Pobyt předčil naše očekávání.

    Snídaně i lokalita velmi dobré. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný. Skvělá čistota.

    The great edifice and interior, notably the Colonade-bar where the healing mineral water rising right from the ground is available 24/7, clean spacious, comfortable apartment featuring paintings and an interior lounge area, a comfortable bed made with high-quality linens, extraordinary Royal bath interior and service including a dry sheet wrap and a vessel of lemon-acidulated water in the relaxation lounge after the bath, complimentary access to the aqua-park that is adjacent to the hotel, delicious breakfasts which are nicely served. All in all, our expectations were exceeded. We are likely visiting this hotel again.

    The breakfast started at 8 am. We'd prefer it to begin somewhat earlier.

    Jediné pozitívum boli asi len raňajky.

    Nedostal som takú veľkú izbu akú som si objednal. Personál sa vyhováral na marketingové oddelenie, bolo to veľmi neprofesionálne. Neochota riešiť danú situáciu nás stála čas, ktorý nám následne chýbal na večernom wellness, keďže bol otvorený len do 18:00.

    Vybavenie hotela a čistota.

    Mali sme iba raňajky nepáčil sa nám slabý výber jedál na raňajky a stolovanie : na stole napr.neboli servítky, málo pečiva, atď. Na 5 hviezd trochu slabé keď to porovnám s aphrodita palace Rajecké Teplice kde sme boli veľa krát tak raňajky slabé.
