    Tremendous value spacious accommodation

Exactly as described, large spacious comfortable accommodation. A character building in the quieter southern part of town. Tremendous value!

I really liked the location and the peaceful, quiet environment. The room was very clean, with a nice wooden floor, and the bathroom was also clean and well maintained. The room had all the basic facilities, including AC, a fan, and a small refrigerator. They also provided tea/coffee with milk powder and sugar, which was a nice touch. The bathtub was an added bonus. The staff, Giri and Uttam, were both very polite, welcoming, and helpful, and they were available 24/7. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and definitely value for money. I stayed for two days and had a very pleasant experience without any disturbance.

Honestly, I didn’t find anything major that I disliked about the property. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, and I felt the stay was reasonably priced.

The location is in the heart of Fontainhas. Super friendly staff ensured everything was good. The cleanliness was good.

The place might need some maintenance overall.
