    Very good

Great Location! Easy walk to many attractions. Having the elevator was nice. Great shower!!

Although small, the fridge was adequate space but did not get cold....lukecold, if that is even a word! Lol The AC kept the room cool but due to the arrangement of the room, the bed area did not much of the coolness.

Very comfortable stay at this property and would recommend for visitors to Lower town Zagreb

Location was good. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated. Lift was a godsend. Communication was good from the property staff.

Would have liked a bit more coffee/tea supplies in the room. I think maybe they were available outside but it wasn’t clear. Did struggle with the locks a few times
