Having a washing machine and the Nesspresso coffee maker are big plus, which could help during a prolonged stay, The carden area is nice suitable for having a breakfast there under the patio.

There is a discotheque nearby wich makes opening the windows at nighta impossible but having AC that's not a big drawback. By closed windows the noise is bearable.
