    Don’t stay here poor customer service

    Nothing customer service is shocking! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

    The management were unhelpful and I think this hotel is very greedy. Other nicer hotels close by

    Staff were lovely and really helpful and location was perfect .

    Superb location! A wonderful place to stay for a few days exploring Rome. We had a balcony on the side of the Spanish Steps, it was beautiful We could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

    The breakfasts were mediocre to bad, which was a shame

    Frokost helt krise. Dårlig service på frokost. Dårlig utvalg. En natt uten at AC ikke virket, lite hjelpsomme for å få den til å virke.
